I visited this store to pick up some supplies for a small home repair project. The aisles are very well-organized and clearly labeled, which saved me a lot of time since I knew exactly what I needed. I found all the items in stock, and the prices were very competitive compared to other hardware stores in the area. The staff at the paint desk were especially helpful and answered a few questions I had about different finishes. It is a solid, reliable place to get everything you need for home improvement tasks, and I will definitely be back for my next project.

I bought a fridge in Estero lowes and upon ope ingredients the box, I noticed three dents on the door. Called and asked to exchange. They said they don't have one on hamd and ask me to take it to naples east since they have three on hand they can do it! Upon driving 35 miles to east lowes, customer service refused to serve and did not exchange the item! Gas, time and inconvenience .... all together. What a service to ruin my sunday. NEVER lowes again. I was a pro member and I build three houses all from lowes amd this was the last drop on my glass.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Tracy Elos. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point, he even laughed at us and made us feel uncomfortable, which was completely inappropriate.
It felt like we were being mocked, possibly because of our accent, and instead of helping, he treated us with disrespect throughout the interaction. This is not the level of service anyone should expect.
A manager should know how to dill with customers in a respectful and professional way. Based on this experience, I strongly believe he is not suited for this role and should reconsider his approach to customer service.
