Jose and John never mess around when it comes to understanding the needs of their customer! I got a very spacy unit with a price that didn’t break past a premium phone plan! I’ve had a very positive experience with this storage facility. It’s in a convenient location, and the property is always clean, well maintained, and feels safe and secure. What really stands out, though, is the staff. The managers and employees are always pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I’m able to speak directly with someone who is friendly and willing to help. Good customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciate the way this facility is managed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-run storage facility.
