This was without a doubt the best customer service experience I have ever experienced! Transferring from a large storage unit to a somewhat smaller one was no.pressure or stress because of the excellent customer service by John. He was congenial, professional & available anytime I needed answers or assistance. He made what could've been a very stressful situation a smooth transition. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Highly recommend this storage service!!

Just closed out my storage unit after 6 months because I’m moving, but during my entire time here John was awesome. He’s helpful, friendly, and always follows up. This place is also always clean, working elevators, and has plenty of carts. Highly recommend.

This location is especially nice. I would stay here just for the help of John. John provided customer service and care and attention that just doesn't exist anymore. He is personable, and pays attention to all details, he is very reliable and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend more. I will be staying.

I’ve always heard the Extra Space is a great company. Never really had storage unit, now that I’m older and have more bs ti carry around I see myself using one . A couple days ago I went into the rattle snake location because as I said I’m in the market for a storage unit. I was helped by Leonardo who is I believe an assistant manager, he’s very knowledgeable on what he is doing and there is no doubt about that. every question I had which weren’t few he answered with a detailed answer and not just some half ass answer given by most. Yes very respectful and very patient which im not so sure I would’ve been with myself.I haven’t decided yet if I’m going through with it or not, but if I do it’ll be because of my experience with Leonardo earlier this month.
