Wonderful Experience
I had such a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Marion for going above and beyond. I was trying to downgrade my storage unit, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through different options, showed me the units she thought would work best for my needs, and never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her.
You don’t come across employees like Marion every day. She truly cared about helping me find the right solution, and her kindness and professionalism made the entire experience so easy and pleasant.
Extra Space Storage is lucky to have someone like Marion on their team. She is an absolute asset to the company, and I really wanted to take the time to recognize her. Thank you, Marion, for being so wonderful!

If you need to rent a storage unit this is the place in Naples. Both of the front office workers were friendly, professional and eager to please. The unit was clean and had easy access. Location is excellent and centrally located. 5 star service!
