We were pleased to have just rented a high-bay storage bay at Extra Space on Airport Rd. We rent other bays at this location and I was pleased to get a taller unit to help store equipment for our growing construction firm. The Extra Space crew does a good job taking care of the aging facility. Alvaro was happy to show me a few available units that fit our expansion criteria and I was pleased to be able to lock in a reasonable rate for 2 years, with rising rental prices everywhere. If you are looking for self-storage in Naples, there are certainly newer units elsewhere in town, but this location is great and the employees are friendly.

Coming into the office at Extra Space Storage I was greeted by Miss Marcella with a pretty smile and how may I help you. I explained to her my situation and she directed me over to Marion. They were able to help me get it straightened out. Their professionalism, people skills, courtesy was extraordinary . They were very knowledgeable about the storage facility. And helpful. And this is why I've been here since 2019 because of the representatives like that.

I am so happy that all of my important stuff is safe at extra space storage. My debit card was hacked and they immediately contacted me about my auto payment being declined. Marion v helped me with this situation I cannot be any happier with extra space storage. Marion is an asset to this company.

They offer a very low introductory price, although they don't call it an introductory price. Within 3 months they doubled it so within a month from that I left my unit because of the principle of the matter. When I inquired about it, they were willing to lower it a little bit but not to the price that I had before which was the reason I got the unit in the first place. P.S. Don't forget when you rent a unit you will also need to buy insurance if you don't already have it...so the price is never as low as advertised. To top it all of, the facilities on Airport Pulling are sub par...old building and not very clean and appealing as some of the newer ones. I will not rent from them again.
