From the beginning, the service did not meet my expectations, especially considering the amount of money I spent. The communication and customer service were frustrating. When I had concerns about the quality and installation of my blinds, I felt that my complaints were not taken seriously. Instead of working with me to resolve the issues, I was left feeling ignored and unsupported. When you make a significant investment in your home, you expect a company to stand behind its products and provide good customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend Budget Blinds based on my experience, and I hope they improve how they handle customer concerns in the future.
