We are very happy with the results.

He was very responsive and always willing to get on the phone to talk through questions and different equipment options. Jim clearly has a deep understanding of pool equipment and how complete systems should be designed. He helped me think through pump sizing, filtration, heating options, and how the overall equipment layout should work together so the system would be efficient and reliable. What I appreciated most is that he took the time to explain the reasoning behind different choices rather than just recommending products. That made it much easier to understand the tradeoffs and make informed decisions. If you're planning a pool equipment upgrade or redesign and want someone who understands both the technical side of pool systems and the current equipment on the market, I would definitely recommend working with Jim.
