The gentleman I work with has been consistently professional, always polite, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been a couple of days late on more than one occasion, and every time I call to let him know, he handles it with understanding and zero hassle. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional—reliable, respectful, and customer-focused in every way. Highly recommended!
- JJJSep 8, 20261.0Arrons customer service and management employees at the naples florida location on tamiami are the rudest... when we 1st went to ask and start up an account on a lawn mower they immediately discriminated against us telling me and my husband well we cant rent it for you to just cut your yard and bring it back .. we both said excuse me umm were trying to buy a mower .. every since then it's been repeatedly harassment from calls and now they have started to send the delivery trucks out to force payment if and when were behind even a day now . I've called corporate office I know of 3 times now since this lawnmower contract I currently have, to complain about the issue and still nothing resolved and the fact they do not open till 9 am but they start to call at 7 30 am .. make thay make sense .. I will never buy anything else from aarons and I refuse to recommend anyone to them..

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
