Went in Monday to get a copy of my trailer door key made. The very unintelligent and rude employee Chris didn’t listen to what I told him and he used my only key I had to get copies as a blank. He ruined my only key. When asked him how he is going to fix this his advice was to call the trailer company and tell them I didn’t get a key with trailer… I could not believe his advice was to call and lie because HE ruined my key!! It’s now Thursday and I’m still trying to get a master key for my trailer. Chris is the worst!

I saw a Dewalt cordless 20v impact drill listed on sale for $49.99 on Lowes' national website. I purchased it and the idiots at my local Mount Dora, FL store would not sell it to me at the nationally listed sale price. Instead, they retracted the drill and issued me a refund after telling me via email that the item was already picked up. Great drill, but Lowes management in Mount Dora is garbage. Do better Lowes- honor your price!

Lowe’s should make their customers aware of a phishing scam tied to the survey at the bottom of each receipt. After completing the survey a very official webpage popped up telling me I won $500. Even though it looked official, it’s a scam and Lowe’s should add a warning to each customer receipt. They are doing a disservice to their customers by ignoring this serious problem.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
