Nicole Victory Mgr, Christian and Jessica at both facilities on State Road 7 on Hollywood Blvd. and Miramar Pkwy locations were exceptional ! They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole in particular was extremely helpful in setting up my account explaining the process and accommodating the close out of one account and opening of a second account for the outdoor rental space for my 32 foot RV. I can’t thank them enough!

When I first called to inquire about the rental process , I was referred to Mrs Yvette and she turned out to be very helpful in all aspects of my rental process. She’s the perfect image of great customer service,always welcoming me with a warm smile,and the demeanor shows the will to assist and help the best she can. I am a person who always feels guilty asking for help thinking that I am causing problems even as a customer … but Mrs Yvette made it so easy for me to ask because I already knew that she would help with her natural smiling and positive attitude. She’s a ray of light to be around. That’s a perfect example of professionalism and excellent customer service. My son took care of the moving process on my behalf and left the key at the office for me to collect. Mrs Yvette was nice enough to keep it for me which I was very grateful for.
