  We have been renters of multiple units at this complex for quite some time now. James, Chris, and Paul are the dream team. ⭐️ Quick to offer assistance, quick to follow up, and they take care of their customers. Paul may be new to the team, but his customer service is right in line with what you’d receive from James. Climate controlled units have been nice and cool in this summer heat. 10/10 you get exactly what you pay for with this company.

  I deleted my last review after a series of serious issues last year we’re finally fixed by upper management. Part of that fix was new in house management! PAUL is pretty awesome! We had one concern that he overly addressed promptly and it was much appreciated. Also we’ve received personal follow up on that slight concern! Now that old management is gone, having a team like Paul & Chris is going to allow us to continue to do a lot of business with this location. Thanks!

  Paul’s service is “Top Quality” called this morning from Enterprise, AL needing something for storage of my household goods for a couple 2 months. If I could give Fort Storage in Milton a 10 Star review I would.
