I was disappointed with my experience. I called multiple times over the course of an hour and was repeatedly placed on hold or disconnected while trying to confirm whether the item I needed was in stock. Based on the information I received, I drove an hour to their location, only to find that they did not have the item available. Time is valuable, and this experience resulted in a significant waste of both time and effort. I hope the company improves its communication and inventory verification process to better serve its customers.

This has typically been my go-to supplier for pool items, but I’m starting to reconsider that. I called to get a phone quote for a cartridge. After asking for the price, I was asked for a company name. I explained it was for personal use, then tried to provide my company name to see whether I was already registered in their system. I was placed on hold and then transferred to voicemail.
This seems to be a recurring issue with customer service lately. Businesses need to remember that customers are the reason they remain in business. Good service, clear communication, and proper training matter. Train your personnel accordingly. The customer experience should not feel like an inconvenience.
