Stay away from this store
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I specifically asked for the exact grill displayed in the store, but the salesperson sold me a different model without telling me. I only realized it when I got home and opened the box.
I came back today and spent 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue. No one took responsibility, no apology, no goodwill gesture. The manager simply refused to do anything.
I feel completely misled as a customer. This is an unacceptable way to treat people.
I strongly recommend avoiding this store. Check the model number and the box carefully before paying.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a toilet and it came damaged. I was told I would receive new tracking information and NEVER received it. I called multiple times and everytime they HUNG UP I could hear them pick up the phone and hang up, incredibly unprofessional. Finally after waiting a week we went in person they told us “we will call you when it’s ready” and then proceeded to call us the next day and say the toilet would take 5 days to arrive and asked if we wanted to cancel? So they never placed the order the first time?! Finally the new toilet arrived and guess what it’s also broken. I am so incredibly frustrated with this location and how they handle their products. I will be returning this for a refund and getting my toilet somewhere else. It has taken more than 3 weeks

Evelyn was a phenomenal help near the garden section. She was on top of everything, there was four people around us asking for help and she was able to assist everyone and me and my boyfriend personally. She has a great personality and is super funny. She is super duper sweet and an excellent hire for Lowe’s. Very impressed.

We went for dryer and they had a good selection. Also a $38 delivery promo this month. Lowes in Kendall is clean, well stocked, & competitive prices. We were surprised that they carry Carhartt clothes too. They have enough employees around to assist you, unlike HD. Highly recommend. They just need a store more south, near Flagler. 😉

Unfortunately, today during my visit to Lowe's in Kendall, store #2904, my wife and I had the worst experience ever. During check out which started at the Pro Center, the cashier must have accidently hit no when it asked about the military discount because it didn't give it to us even after verifying. She took us to customer service where another employee, a man had a bad attitude from the beginning. The sales lady even said multiple times she might have hit no. But the man at customer service treated my wife and I like we were ignorant and trying to humiliate us. My wife got very upset, as this is at least the third bad experience we have had with Lowe's within the last two months and then with his handling of the situation. He spoke in Spanish, in front of us, like we weren't there, a few times. He then told my wife to yell at the original sales lady, not him. Extremely unprofessional. He then proceeded to comment to my wife that he was asking certain questions for verification and told her if she had ever run a business she would know. Again, unprofessional on another level, especially since owning businesses, is my business. If I could give less than one star, I would.
The entire experience was quite "Messi." Not something to be proud of.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
