I’m very disappointed with Lowe’s. I received my dryer on Sunday, and when I used it Monday, it left my clothes damp. I called Lowe’s on Wednesday to request a return, but I was told the 48-hour return period had expired and that returns after 48 hours are only allowed if the purchase was made with a Lowe’s credit card.
A major appliance should come with a reasonable amount of time to identify defects. Instead, Lowe’s refused to help and directed me to deal with GE. This was poor customer service, and I will think twice before purchasing another appliance from Lowe’s.

The reason I am giving a one is because Leo in the Appliance department is a horrible Salesman: At the beginning everything was fine and dandy. Once I went in to address and issue his behavior was like a car Salesman. Once I resolve my issue I will write a letter to the Corporate Officers. He even said: "Well too late and good luck and he even said do you want to buy another refrigerator since you GOT the wrong one. I did not "GET," I did not BUY the wrong one he ordered the wrong one. I am buying bathroom fixtures, and a stove, and you cab bet dimes to doughnuts, he will not get my sale.

I paid extra to have glass closet doors properly wrapped and prepared for shipping and was ASSURED they would be packaged properly. When I received them, they were simply placed on a pallet - not properly wrapped, not secured, not even tied down. NOTHING!
I told the person on the phone that I have photos, videos and even a written claim from Customs confirming that they were improperly packaged and damaged. Their response? I have to ship the damaged doors BACK FROM THE CARIBBEAN TO THE USA before they will refund me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
After spending THOUSANDS with Lowe’s in one order, this is the response I get. They even took TWO MONTHS to deliver my refrigerator after constantly telling me it would be delivered “tomorrow.” I guess tomorrow came two months later.
I’ve ordered from Home Depot and my items were packaged wonderfully. Lowe’s took the extra money for packaging and delivery and clearly had no care in the world. My entire family is discouraged from ever purchasing from Lowe’s again. TERRIBLE experience!
The fake 'please reach out to us by contact us at' is not cutting it!!!! It's the same thing over and over! Money grabbers!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
