  The communication from your office to our building was professional and efficient in obtaining the necessary paperwork for the delivery. The delivery team was also exceptional. Arsenio, Darron and Patrick were professional, neat and very mindful of not damaging anything in our apartment during the delivery. I would recommend Fuse and this team to anyone.

  The sales person was great! Then things went downhill from there. The accessory kit and manual that came with our washing machine was never given to us. The installation team wouldn’t give it to us. The subzero fridge stainless steel panel was installed incorrectly and needs to be redone. The installation team was not very clean either and I had to clean up afterwards

  Fuse Speciality Appliances provided an excellent experience from start to finish. We purchased a high-end luxury grill and outdoor kitchen, and their team was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. While the grill did experience a few technical issues, Fuse handled every situation quickly and professionally. They promptly sent someone out for repairs, addressed the problems, and made sure everything was taken care of. Their responsiveness and commitment to standing behind what they sell really stood out. I highly recommend Fuse Speciality Appliances for anyone looking for premium outdoor kitchen products and dependable customer service.

  I had a really positive experience with Mae Thure and the team at this Fuse location. They offered a great variety of options at very reasonable prices. When I had a minor issue with one of the items after installation, they acted quickly and arranged for a service company to help. I really appreciated that they followed up afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service from start to finish!

  We had a great experience with Fuse Specialty Appliances! Arsenio and Darron did an excellent job installing the appliances for our home renovation. They worked quickly and efficiently, got an impressive amount done in just one day, and were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything, walked us through each appliance, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They also cleaned up all the packaging and trash, left the space in good condition , and treated our home with a lot of care and respect. It’s not often you come across an installation team that’s this efficient while also being so kind and customer-focused. Arsenio and Darron made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend Fuse Appliances to anyone looking for a great installation experience. Thank you
