I rented a storage unit online and was able to access my unit with an hour of rental. The codes and app making entry very secure and they have enough carts to allow multiple unit renters to move their belongings.
I made maybe 8 trips the first day and I always had a spot to park and didn’t need to wait for carts.

I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I called, the woman in the office was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across customer service that is this friendly and genuine. She made me feel like she truly cared about helping me, and that left a great impression. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!

I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage from start to finish. They made the entire process incredibly easy, and every employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
The facility itself is really well maintained. It was easy to park, they always had plenty of carts available to wheel everything in and out, and getting to my unit was never a hassle. I also really appreciated how secure everything was. Having to use the access code throughout the property gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe.
One of the biggest reasons I chose this location was because it’s climate controlled. The building is air-conditioned, the hallways are carpeted, and everything felt clean and well taken care of. It made me feel so much better about storing my furniture and personal belongings knowing they weren’t sitting in a hot, dusty unit.
My storage unit itself was exactly what I needed- very spacious, clean, and easy to access. I never had any issues during the time I rented there.
What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. When my monthly rate increased, they worked with me to lower it, which I really appreciated. Then, even though I moved out just a few days after my payment had processed, they still refunded me for that month. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and I was so grateful that they were willing to work with me.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend Extra Space Storage more. Great customer service, clean and secure facility, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. If I ever need a storage unit again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
