This is the first storage unit I have and it has been a wonderful experience!! It took less than 5 minutes to find and reserve a unit for my needs. They have tons of sizes available at very good prices. The building is super clean and well maintained, with AC in the hallways and comfortable temperature inside the unit. Feels very secure with a personal code to enter the building and to go up to your floor, along with heavy duty lock for the unit.
The best part is the customer service!!! Jessel is very friendly, professional and helpful. He helped me open the unit, answered all my questions, and made me feel like my treasures are in good hands!! Andy, the manager, is also very friendly.
Overall fantastic experience and highly recommended!!
