Recently I made a booking online on a Sunday not knowing the office was closed. I paid for my reservation $135 and when I got there, I couldn’t access the building because they were closed. I cancelled my booking the same day after I had to go home with everything I was going to store and it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t refunded the totality of my payment. Since I didn’t get any service the day I needed to move in, they should refund the whole amount and not keep the “admin fee” since they really didn’t have to do anything on the day they were closed! I also received an email from the corporate office saying I will get the rest of the money, but when I called the office, they said they won’t refund the admin fee.
