After just 4 months raised my rate by $100. Never received notice and have been chasing after a refund.
I’ve asked twice for a copy of the letter they allegedly sent to my address. Received nothing.
I keep calling and getting a run around. I called for a fourth time today at 10 am and was told the manager was out and will be back around 1pm and to call back. She told me I can call back because they “get busy.” Great customer service.
. I don’t recommend storing your things here. It’s extremely frustrating and frankly horrible to try and just raise the rate by more than 60% afte just 4 months.
UPDATE: Called back, as instructed by the reply from the business below. The person who answered had no idea what I was talking about, and to boot, I received a nice dose of attitude. Someone else is monitoring and replying to these posts, because it's not the business, and they are doing it to pretend like they care and provide good customer service.
Again, don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews and replies.

I had a great a great experience with Greshell and Jose at this location. They were very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information that i needed. The customer service was excellent and it's very difficult to find great service these days. Thank you !!

I Showed up in Sunday looking for Jose but he was not there. A client I saw there said Jose was not there on Sunday but offered to help because Jose is a great guy and the customer help me to get my things unloaded and & into my units so it’s good to know Jose since the customer knew Jose and helped me so much.me

My friend went to go check out the storage unit since I was not able to go myself and Jose was amazing. He assisted my friend in accessing the unit and providing every bit of information we needed to have the movers get my stuff into the storage unit. It isn’t pleasure to work with Jose! Deserves more then 5 stars.
