My friend went to go check out the storage unit since I was not able to go myself and Jose was amazing. He assisted my friend in accessing the unit and providing every bit of information we needed to have the movers get my stuff into the storage unit. It isn’t pleasure to work with Jose! Deserves more then 5 stars.

Had a really good experience. Jose was very helpful with my late payment and even put in a request to see if I could get my monthly rate back to what it was before the increase. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I really appreciate his help and the great customer service!

I had a great experience from start to finish! Grecel was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. She answered all of my questions honestly, helped me find the best option for my needs, and got me a great price.
The facility is brand new, very clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, secure atmosphere, which gave me a lot of confidence in storing my belongings there.
