I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage, and I can’t recommend this location enough. The facility is exceptionally clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me complete confidence that my belongings were in good hands.
The biggest reason for my 5-star review is the manager, Allan. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that Allan genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in keeping the property in top condition.
