They have hidden fees, within there lenghty rental space agreement. Which They will not work with you to wave if something comes up.
They have your Items under their control once you sign their agreement, make sure you understand what you’re getting into with them.
I have been a long customer of theirs for many years, and by this experience I can tell you that they are trained not to care.
They are transactional, no room for negotiation, hence just an in person messenger, no selling skills. The man that works there, showed these skills today.
