While you are likely to have a 5 star experience at move-in, especially with respect to promo pricing, you will eventually reach 1 star treatment.
Price increases are frequent and outsized compared to the true market- despite what is stated by staff. Moreover, in my own recent rent increase, it was charged with less than the contractually required 30 days.
The manager will NOT return phone calls. I have had better luck interacting with Extra Space executive leadership directly via LinkedIn. You will notice that all negative reviews are the same, and they disrespectfully ask the customer to call them, rather than the reverse.
Think twice before using this ES location.

I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage. The woman who helped me (I have her card but not with me at the moment so that I could name her, but fantastic!) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution. While I was waiting, I noticed her chatting with the customer before me, and it was clear they had known each other for years. She mentioned she's been at this location for 15 years, and it definitely showed through her knowledge and customer service.
She took the time to understand what I needed, explained all of my options clearly, and helped me find a unit that was a much better fit for my needs. I'm so glad I decided to stop in and discuss my current unit and the available alternatives. The entire experience was easy, informative, and pleasant. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location!
