I can honestly tell you that I have been utilizing storage facilities for many many years throughout my lifetime living in Miami Florida but this time my experience was different it started by the time that I walked into the office I was treated with so much respect so much courtesy and so much compassion for my situation there was a young lady that really stand stood out for me I believe her name was Ada Ada was how can I put this she was divine she was celestial her attitude was just so professional that I was in total amazement I happen to be a customer service agent throughout my whole life and I understand that customer service will make or break a corporation and add a truly represented extra space storage with the utmost professionalism I can't wait for the day that I call once and find out that Ada is either the owner or the main supervisor but she is worthy of her own business because she truly knows how to run a business and treat customers with love respect professionalism and dignity add a god bless you if you ever read this message.
