Amazing experience with Milena. She was very attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable. I had a jet ski trailer which I originally thought would fit in a 8' x 10' but she immediately anticipated the trailer wouldn't fit through the unit entry space. She communicated that respectfully and she was absolutely right. Then after recommended the smallest size which she believed would fit, she was kind enough to walk over to the unit and give me her recommendation of the direction to place the trailer in (diagonally) and it fit exactly with about 5 inches to spare. EXCELLENT experience. Thanks Milena! God bless

We’re renting multiple units at this Extra Space Storage location and have never had any issues until dealing with Milena. Ever since then, it feels like we’re constantly being criticized over the smallest things.
One of the biggest issues is when we’re loading or unloading our truck. She complains that we’re “blocking the way” while we’re simply trying to angle our truck into our unit safely. Meanwhile, other customers are going about their business, and no one has ever complained or had a problem with us. We’re there to work as efficiently as possible, not to inconvenience anyone.
She’s also complained about us not wearing shirts while we’re working inside our unit, even though it’s close to 100 degrees outside. It feels excessive and unnecessary, especially considering we’re just trying to get our work done.
We’ve always paid our rent on time, respected the property, and never had problems before. It’s frustrating to feel like we’re being targeted over minor issues instead of being treated like valued, long term customers. We hope management looks into how customers are being treated because this experience has been extremely disappointing.
