I seldom write reviews of any kind, but I want to share my sincere appreciation for the super service received from Mario Ibanez! I went to gather information when I was not yet ready to lease a space, yet he took the time to show me a couple of units of different sizes. He is a very kind listener; you can tell he likes people and is very genuine. I went back a couple of months later to actually lease a space. Mario explained all the details and showed me my unit. This storage location is always clean and neat, and I suspect Mario has a part in that too! Cheers and hats off to Mario Ibanez!

What a clean and well kept facility. I was skeptical at first because I had never rented a storage unit before however, Mario made the process extremely easy for me. He was so kind. He called me several times and checked in on me assuring me that our unit was being held for us until we got here from North Carolina.
