    Great experience at At Home! The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Gabriel was very kind, helpful, and had a great attitude. He made the visit even better with his customer service. Will definitely come back!

    It’s pretty sad that this place has terrible service ! I tried looking for someone to help me find something and a man that works there told me that the attendant for the throes should be there ! I went all around the place and couldn’t find one person. Everything is out of Oder or looks unkept ! Very sad to see how bad service there is ! 😒🤔😢 sadly not planning on going there again. I would love to post how the disorganized the throw, bedcovers are a mess

    Cuando estuve la primera vez en la tienda, me gustó mucho y me encanta lo que venden, aunque los productos son caros, muchos son de muy buena calidad. La señora que me atendió fue muy amable, me pidió mi número de teléfono y hasta me enviaron ustedes un mensaje diciendo que mi próxima visita tendría un 15% de descuento. Hoy volví, comprè algunas cositas y la amable muchacha pidió mi número de teléfono nuevamente pero para mi sorpresa nunca se aplicó el descuento

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
