  If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. WARNING: Do NOT shop here. This is actually my second time dealing with this store, and I truly regret giving them another chance. The first time, I purchased furniture that turned out to be very low quality for extremely high prices. I should have learned my lesson then. The second time was even worse. I purchased a piece from the display that was already used, with visible dents and scratches. They offered a small discount that honestly did not reflect the condition of the item, but I still went through with it — my mistake. I agreed to a 6-month payment plan and made my payments on time for five months without any issues. When I experienced a personal medical situation involving my daughter, I respectfully asked for a one-week extension for my final payment. They approved it, but failed to disclose that this would somehow change my agreement and result in me being charged DOUBLE, as if I had an 18-month contract. When I questioned this, they claimed it had been explained to me — which is completely untrue. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. A staff member actually hung up on me during the call instead of resolving the issue. At this point, it feels like I am being taken advantage of and misled. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for customers is shocking. This business clearly needs better training, better communication, and a complete overhaul of how they treat people. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration — take your business elsewhere.
