- KLkosmos lamourApr 29, 20261.0first when I want to pay it online, I still today couldn t pay it online cause I need a new password but when I want to create a password, it just send me a confirmation code to my email , and when continuing there is nothing it backs to the start with the username and password. it seems stupid but it makes you turning back at the same departure point without possibility to get a password. So it makes you paying late, with penalties. I went to the storage office to pay directly. different times I had to back 3 times because there was no one at the office and when I was calling no one responded so many times. They also rise the price of the boxes without to telling you in advance. and the elevators are very badly slow and this is dangerous for security . not professional at all
