That instance was because a business had robbed my deposit and I felt I needed to warn others... I am happy to say that today is not the case. This is the first time in my life customer service has treated me so fairly that I felt I needed to share it with everyone. I attempted to cancel my unit here but unfortunately due to either a system error or a human error my request went unnoticed. Maddy was able to get me the refund I deserved and was extremely understanding about the situation. If I am ever in need of a storage unit in this area I will return as a customer. If you are looking for a rental space, use this location! If you're going to pay someone to hold your stuff, pay someone with integrity! Thanks Maddy!
