When I removed some items from buy son's bedroom, I called back to be serviced. I have been basically begging them to come back and have been told multiple times they would return my call for service. This has yet to happen. This company is unprofessional. They are cheaper but you get what you pay for. I would not recommend.

They have the kind of quality business that is able to give friendly and personalized service - that you cannot always find from larger, big box type of businesses. And for us, the personal touch was really an added benefit. And we love the shades we have installed now. They're terrific!
