Ac and large units with outside units and tv storage.
Prices tended to go up every 6 months.
Main reason for leaving was because I started to see a woman living at the property, she came up to me and said we were great neighbors and the place was cheaper than an apartment. The week after I saw her walking in and out of the gate like she owned the place. I’m not paying $400+ a month and fees constantly being raised, for someone to be living on the property. After a month of seeing this woman consistently walking around and living the property, I didn’t feel my belongings were safe at this location any longer.
