Went to Lowe’s one day and found flock cameras at every entrance. I will not be back to Lowe’s until all cameras are removed. I will go to home depot around the corner who refuses to put up the flock cameras. Sad that you choose to install the cameras. Hope it doesn’t drive all your customers away to Home Depot.

The staff need to be better at customer service. One in particular i believe her name was Beth? Not sure, dirty blonde hair up..but she was helping in the self check out lane last night and she was pretty aggravated doing her job. Had an attitude i didnt expect from Lowes.

Do not put old people in charge of curbside pick up. That is a process that is supposed to be fast and convenient. However, I was stuck sitting there for almost 20 minutes. I could have walked in and got the one item that I needed checked out and got back to my car faster. DO BETTER PEOPLE!!

I bought an expensive Bosch dishwasher. Really nice unit, even has wifi. Since it was so expensive, I bought the warranty. Bad decision.
The buttons quit working, so the only way to operate the dishwasher was with the phone app. We called for warranty repair. They were quick to respond and send out a tech. He showed up a week or so later, determined what was needed, and left. I got a call, and I thought they were bringing parts to fix it. Oh no, it was a different outfit and they were just diagnosing the problem. Again. A week later I get notified that my claim was denied because it's "cosmetic". The buttons don't work, yet it's cosmetic? BS. So I asked to cancel the warranty. They couldn't because the claim was open. How can it be open if they denied it? Each excuse was due to the "higher department". When I asked for a contact to the mysterious "higher department" I was told they don't receive calls. Of course not, they're terrible.
In short, don't by anything from Lowes that might need a warranty. They suck. Stick with nails. That's probably safe.
[EDIT] Lowes responded with a useless phone number. Nothing but a run around. Their warranty is obviously a scan. I'm changing my review. Don't buy nails, either. They suck beyond compare.
[EDIT #2] After multiple phone calls, I gave up and used the chat. It was completely useless the first time. The second time the person was much more helpful. The emails from the warranty dept were unclear as to what was really going on. The control panel was covered and they didn't indicate that. The fascia was not. Therefore, the warranty is covering the control panel. What still sucks is the fascia keeps the control panel from getting wet, so it's not just a pretty piece, it's functional. Still wouldn't get the warranty, probably still won't by anything large from Lowes. I guess we're back to getting only nails.
