It was a little difficult to figure out what units were available online. At the new facility on Aurora Road in Melbourne had issues getting in through gate and building using cell phone due to gate pad and sliding glass door and building too close to each other so signal picks up both and on your cell phone. They’re not labeled gate and sliding door Everything is labeled sliding door 123. I did talk to them about this issue and they are aware of it and working on it and hopefully labeling the front gate as gate one and sliding doors they could leave the sameTrying to find my unit I had reserved online was tricky also because there’s no map telling you what unit numbers are where the one by the elevator basically just shows you hallways and fire escapes. Also wished the carts they used were a little larger so you wouldn’t have to make so many trips or you could put larger items on it if you need to move a couch or a long dresser make sure you bring your own dollies or be prepared to carry them . The overall appearance is very nice and clean at this time being it’s a new Facility

I met Shane this morning after making my reservation online. The location is great and is very secure. Shane was my expectation of professional and friendly. He took the time to walk me through the various processes I can use to access my storage, pay my bill, etc…
He walked with me over to my unit and ensured that I was completely satisfied. All the units are clean and I could tell the difference in my climate controlled unit and the outside temperature (90).
I anticipate needing a second unit in the next few weeks and will definitely be seeking out Shane’s experience for this need as well.
