  I have rented here for several months and when Troy noticed a water leak on the floor outside my unit and contacted me immediately. I went to Extra Space to open my unit for Troy so he could check where the water was coming from. There was not a lot of water but, Troy said there was a unit available in the main building that he could transfer me into at no extra cost. Luckily I had not put anything in storage yet so there were no items to move but I am much happier with my new unit and it’s location. Troy is very attentive to customer service and making certain the facility is clean and well maintained. All the staff is friendly and professional. I chose this facility over others that were just as close in proximity to my home because of the price but also for all the positive google reviews.

  The process was smooth and the people were really helpful. The only suggestion that I have is that when providing the unit number, it should also say the building number. I had no idea what I was doing because I have never rented a storage unit before. Maybe in the emails sent, provide a little map of the place with a star on there I should be going.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, I’ve had a good experience with this storage facility, and I especially want to recognize Jamie for her outstanding customer service. When I first rented my unit, there were some issues with the original climate-controlled space, and I ended up having to move everything into a different unit in the main building. It was an inconvenience, but management worked with me to make it right, and I’ve been happy with the new unit ever since. More recently, I received a notice that my monthly rate was increasing much more than I expected. I called with concerns, and Jamie was incredibly kind, professional, and transparent throughout the process. She took the time to explain what was happening, submitted a request for a more reasonable rate, kept me updated, and called me back exactly when she said she would. Thanks to her efforts, the increase ended up being much more manageable, and I was able to keep my unit instead of moving everything elsewhere. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I wish the potential for significant rate increases had been explained more clearly when I signed up, as it came as an unpleasant surprise. That said, the way Jamie handled the situation made all the difference. Great customer service deserves recognition, and she absolutely earned it. Thank you, Jamie, for making what could have been a frustrating experience a positive one.

  I found Jaime extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. While in your storage space, I suffered a fall that was detected by my Apple Watch and an SOS sent to my iPhone, however the lack of cell phone service within your facility did not allow me to make a help rescue call. I was on my back, unable to get up, and about 75 feet from the elevator. I finally slid on my back slowly to the elevator, opened the door, and slid in. By that time, Jaime came to check on me after my wife called to see where I was. She immediately called the paramedics who assisted me up and brought me to the ER. While I was fortunate in that my head wound did not split the skin, had it bled, the results came of my fall could have been quite different. I yelled for help many times with no answer, therefore, I suggest making cell phone service available or at a minimum microphones that would transmit calls for help to your office. I was lucky with no permanent damage but cell phone service would have saved me a 75 foot trip on my back to the elevator. Dave Bumsted
