The team is proactive and communicates to customers on important developments or when the rent needs to be paid. I would rate the location a 5 star in Customer Service Excellence.

I had to make trips to my unit by walking up and down several stairs with totes of things I had to retrieve! I'm glad I did not trip and fall, because who knows how long it would've been before I was helped. The elevator out of order can cause all kinds of inconveniences for paying customers visiting this location. I hope this is resolved ASAP!!!!!
