Greetings to all!!
I'd like to formally Thank Denise from the Boulder Highway location in Las Vegas Nevada. When I called she was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. I originally was looking for an enclosed 35 ft storage for my boat but I did not have enough driveway room with my truck length and boat trailer to cut it in the unit after coming to inspect the property. Denise knew my urgency and offered an outdoor covered parking spot that was very affordable and was doable for a short period of time in the meanwhile. She made sure I got the best price and was very transparent on all the information needed to make my decision renting there with confidence and security of my property. I also got to work with her co-worker Aiden who was also very pleasant and patient with my questions going through the onboarding with the contract, payment information, terms, and pro-raton if I was to move out early. The property grounds were clean and secure with Bobbwire and surveillance. I also paid in 6 months advance to get the best price locked in. I'm hopeful this will be a continued positive and solid experience for the future.

The Manager Daryl is amazing. He follows up with calls, is very thorough, helps out when needed, nice, and very friendly. Company policy though is a lie. There are signs everywhere that say 24/7, and they say it on Google, and Apple Maps. But when the window, and the gate to enter say closed on Sunday (the office), and you can only get to your storage during the hours of 6 AM to 9 PM. The phone service will also lie to about the hours as well and is it seems like they only have a phone service for you to join for those weekend hours but if you miss a payment, and pay it, they won’t let you back into your locker. Again Daryl is great. Company policy lies. Also this post is for San Antonio, TX not sure why it would post for Florida.

I had a storage unit here for eight months. The pricing was competitive, but what set this facility apart was the management team. Darrell was fantastic; always positive, friendly, and willing to help. His great attitude made every interaction a pleasant experience.
