- JHJacqueline Hoskins6 days ago1.0I purchased plantation shutters from Blinds, Shutters and Shades and have been extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The shutters have broken twice, and getting the issue resolved has been incredibly frustrating. After the second time they broke, the husband came to repair them, but unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. He was extremely rude to me and even accused me of being “one of those people who don’t pay.” I found this comment completely inappropriate and offensive, especially as I was simply trying to get a product I had purchased repaired. Lindsay on the other hand has always been pleasant to talk to. I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to try to get this issue resolved. Each time I spoke with Lindsay, I was either given another excuse or my calls have not been returned. At this point, after repeatedly trying to get help, I have simply given up. After reading other reviews, looks like they had similar experiences. My experience has been that they are very pleasant and attentive when you are purchasing their products, but once you need customer service or support, the experience is completely different. Unfortunately, based on my experience with both the product and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend Blinds, Shutters and Shades. I expected much better quality and, at the very least, professional and respectful customer support after making a significant purchase.

Technicians who arrived were skilled and exceeded my expectations. Would call them in a minute for large or small jobs. They were great thanks again.
