  I’d give this company 10/10 stars if I could. I want to brag about our pool — but even more, the people. From the start, our quote was great— communication was excellent. We had questions? They had answers. They’d drive by to our house just to walk things through with us. They said they were fast and they sure were! They started digging early March — we were swimming early June. The crews that came out to our house were respectful, so caring and helpful with whatever we needed. A humongous shoutout to Felipe for being the helpful human he is. Another shoutout to the immaculate tile crew. Another one to Cody for such attentive care to us, my 23 billion questions, and keeping our pool sparkly! But the entire time, what stood out the most was how caring Shawn and Nick were. You got a concern? They’re out there in 2 days. They’re detail oriented, proud of their work, and value their relationships their customers. I know customer service is good when the quality treatment continues even after you’ve paid. We had a few minor concerns after. Shawn was out there within days just to make sure we were up and running. It’s one thing to do an incredible job, it’s another thing to genuinely care while you do it. We love you guys! Thank you!

  Our experience with Luxury Pools and Spas has been the best construction experience I’ve ever had. From the initial meeting to completion of the project Nick, Shawn and the Luxury team were outstanding. Nick listened to my wife and my desires for the pool and came up with a design that was exactly what we wanted. Shawn and the operational team were onsite when they said they would be and worked efficiently to get the project done in much less time than we thought it would take. Shawn’s attention to detail and Nick’s guidance throughout the process resulted in a uniquely styled pool we are absolutely thrilled about. We interviewed multiple contractors during the design process and are so glad we decided to trust the project to Luxury’s amazing team. It’s rare these days to find contractors that will exceed your expectations but that’s what Luxury did at every turn. Thank you Nick and Shawn! We’re so glad we chose you guys!!!
