  Extremely rude customer service. Jonathan is very unprofessional. I would give zero rating for customer service. Jason came to change the motor and I was told that he will walk me through pool functions and how to take care of the pool. I was charged for $85 for pool school. He had no hand outs or any other pool school material to educate instead he was asking me if I have any leaflets with me which he can walk me through. They do not accept any suggestions nor in need of customers. Strongly recommend NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. I mean their rating speaks volumes.. Combative, unreasonable and not compassionate!!! I told them I had a condition that I cant wear a mask.. He said get out of HIS store or there would be hell to pay.. Mind you he wasn't wearing a mask when I walked in.. of course hes innocent right?. The other reviews on this place speak volumes now.. Glad he acknowled he kicked me out because if a medical condition below.. Pretty crazy as the business owner you couldnt tell me your name. Jerry Pahl will be in contact!!

  Terrible customer service. Called to have a pool heater moved. They quoted the price I said ok. They said would call the following week to schedule a time to move. I waited for the call until Friday than called them. They said Monday after 1 okay left work to get home and find out they were all ready at my house only to look at the job and would definitely be back on Tuesday morning. I took the day off to be at home by 1pm I called the store to find out what happened. The guy who answered the phone said Aaron was out and would call me back after lunch. Aaron never called. I called back at 4 and was told that the job was to hard because I have an Rv blocking my gate. When I told him I have 2 gates why would they not go out the other gate which is 20 feet further. I was told sorry we can't do it. Called gps pools the next day moved the heater for $50 less. They were recommended to me from a friend. Don't take a day off waiting for them you Will regret it.

  I honestly had an amazing experience with Erin and the tech mark they we're both honest and helpful. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!!
