  Lowes has really gone downhill. 1. Forced self checkout - I have to check myself out while your employees stand around watching me. It’s degrading and it’s not like you train or compensate me to do your employees job. 2. Frequently this location is out of stock of things I need 3. It’s become increasingly difficult to find in store help when I need it. Despite this store being very close I find myself driving farther to go to their competitors out sheer frustration.

  I continually have the same issue at this Lowe’s and that is one. I can never find anybody for Assistance and two. People walk by me and look at me while I’m thinking I’m waiting for somebody specific to come because I’ve already approached somebody to have them call somebody and then today was the bottom line for me. I will never shop at this Lowe’s again because I actually had two managers holding a conversation looked at me, smiled and still did not stop to ask if they could assist me.

  I had the pleasure of working with Denise Crespo, a Pro Sales Specialist at Lowe’s in Lutz, Florida, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Denise provided exceptional customer service from start to finish while helping me place a custom wood order. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Denise took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure my order was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything met my needs. What truly impressed me was her follow-up after the product arrived. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes ownership of a customer’s project and follows through the way Denise did. Lowe’s is fortunate to have someone of Denise’s caliber on their team. If you need assistance with a project or custom order, I highly recommend seeking out Denise Crespo. She delivers customer service that exceeds expectations and creates a positive experience from beginning to end. This woman deserves a raise!!

  Page in the blind department is not helpful. She pawns all responsibility off on the manufacturer. I have 3 custom cut blinds where I paid $4000 and she was of no help whatsoever. She told me I have to open a warranty claim with the manufacturer and also deal with the Lowe’s where I purchased the piece from. I’m happy to go to the other Lowe’s, but her customer service skills are -0. I cannot fathom how I can spend $4000 on custom cut blinds that are completely incorrect. - They make loud noises when I open and close them. I mean loud as in wake up the family on a Sunday morning at 7am loud. The squeaking noise is a reflection of the manufacturer, not the installation. Paige attempted to tell me that there could be tension because of a wrong measurement and this is completely false. All three blinds make a very loud noise. They should be properly lubricated up front. -Additionally, two blinds were measured correctly. One of them is a 12 foot sliding glass door and the manufacturer properly separated them into 2 identically sections. This makes sense, right? Well, the third blind is a 96 inch sliding glass door in which the manufacturer made a three-quarter cut and then a quarter cut section. Why would any human being make a three-quarter and a quarter section for that sliding glass door? It makes no sense and just looks absolutely ridiculous. It should’ve been a full 96 inch section or split into identical halves. Paige attempted to tell me that this should’ve been specified upfront. But I want to ask the world this question again - Why would any human being order a three-quarter and a quarter section for that sliding glass door? Where is the common sense??!! -Paige had zero empathy and continued to tell me that because Lowe’s didn’t take the measurements that I had to deal with the manufacturer. Oddly enough, I read some of the reviews about these blinds and many of the poor reviews were exactly what I’m dealing with. Why is it that in 2026 someone has to do something 2, 3 and 4 times to get it right? These blinds were custom ordered, and we spent a lot of money on them. They were in professionally installed, I imagine that Lowe’s has had many careless homeowners try to install these themselves, but we are not that scenario. And from a customer service standpoint, I think Paige should’ve been more thoughtful about the amount that I spent on these blinds and had a little more empathy in speaking with me. Her options were garbage and sounded as if I was the problem. I was very courteous and polite the entire time. And I really have zero interest in spending any time in writing this review. My time is valuable and I wish this would’ve been done correctly. I will add pictures and videos when I get home for everyone to see.
