  Immediately upon entering the store, I was Impressed by the cleanliness and would appear to be a great selection. My 80 year-old mother was looking for a recliner. What we didn’t realize was that one that swiveled, rocked or had a handle to draw the feet up would be a poor decision for her. instead she found herself in a soft recliner that didn’t swivel or rock, but instead had a Remote control and lift device to help her easily get out of the chair. It was Chase that treated my mom with respect and kindness all the while educating her about all the recliner chairs. My mom is so excited to have her chair delivered next Thursday. We would describe Chase as an expert in his field, Very friendly, but never pushy. He was genuine and kind and should be somebody who can be trusted . Mom and I would rate Chase very highly and when We left the store we felt as though we had made a friend.

  Had the recliner I needed. Sales person was knowledgeable and was helpful in completing the purchase.

  It was such a pleasant experience to deal with these people. Went to 3 other places before going to Lazy Boy. The difference between Lazy Boy and the other places was a complete 180. I didn’t feel like I was walking into a car lot, no high pressure, no checking their phones every minute or less. Quality of the furniture is unbelievable, and all details about warranty and furniture was explained in detail. I would not hesitate to go back to them or recommend them ever. Sharon, Chase, Doug and Valery were exceptional and could not help me enough. I want to give them a ten star review.

  The sales person in the store was perfectly helpful and nice. And I really wanted to like the chair I ordered since it’s made in the USA. I was actually planning to make several more orders if all went well. But unfortunately, my chair got delivered with a defect (left arm does not connect well to the chair). I should have not accepted the chair. I submitted a request for service the same day it was delivered, and it took a month for someone to come to the house. They have to order me a new arm, said it would take 4 weeks. It’s now been 6 weeks and nothing. I’ve call the West Florida “service” department and get no information, no help. I spoke to Shannon who said she would get back to me and never did. So I called again and she said she would send another message but again no information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was sent to Brian’s voicemail. It’s been 2.5 months since I received my brand new, defective chair with no resolution. And a lot of wasted time trying to get resolution. The service provided by La-Z Boy is shockingly bad for a large, reputable Company. I would NOT purchase furniture from here. You simply have no recourse when things don’t go well. And it’s not cheap either.

  Very nice, low pressure shopping experience. We're repeat Lazy Boy buyers, but first time to this location. Sharon was patient and knowledgeable. The in house designer was very helpful in getting our colors coordinated. Definitely recommend Lazy Boy.
