  We loved the atmosphere, the kindness, and the honesty. Chris DiCono was great. He took time with us and there was no pressure. We actually went on a Friday and then came back the following Monday. We have 2 Lazy Boy recliners that we’ve had many years so we are Lazy Boy people.

  Huge shoutout to La‑Z‑Boy! Chase and Valerie were AMAZING — patient, funny, and super helpful as I explored fabric options. Not your typical sales vibe at all. I actually had fun. Can’t wait for my sofa to arrive and to partner with them on a few additional furniture upgrades.

  We visited the Lutz La-Z-Boy store yesterday. We ordered our new living room set that they helped us design. We ordered a Brand New couch design that the store was introduced this morning. The sales team showed us a similar design but only had a picture. They have done great so far. We will see the end result in 4 to 6 weeks. If it lives up to our expectations and the premium price I will adjust this rating to reflect the total experience.
