  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with GPS Pools, and at this point I feel other customers should know what happened. We purchased a salt system directly from them, and it stopped working after only about three months. Since it was under warranty, we contacted them expecting help resolving the issue. At first, we were told we might be able to bring it into the store. Then we were told it would be better to deal directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us a replacement salt system had been sent, but we never received it. Meanwhile, we have spent the last two and a half weeks going back and forth, trying to get this situation resolved and trying to arrange pool service, with no clear solution or communication. After becoming frustrated, I told GPS Pools that if the warranty issue with the salt system they sold us was not resolved, I would consider seeking legal assistance. Their response was to tell us they would pursue a restraining order if we approached their business. Seriously? This is how you treat a paying customer who is simply asking you to take responsibility for a product purchased from your business and help resolve a warranty issue? If they were unable or unwilling to help with our pool, they could have simply communicated that clearly two weeks ago so we could find another company instead of wasting more time while our pool continued getting worse. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating from the defective salt system, to the warranty situation, to the lack of communication, and finally the way our concerns were handled.

  I had a series of leaks in my pool pump/heater system. GPS sent “Rob” out to fix it. Rob was very technically competent and took great pride in his work. Just as important he showed great customer interaction skills. The repair was done correctly and the system works fine now. I plan on replacing some components in the future and will definitely use GPS and ask for Rob as the technician to install the components. Highly recommend GPS Pools to anyone.

  I bought a salt system, and while I ran into a few complications during the installation and setup, the service I received made all the difference. Gabe, the manager, never wavered in helping me every step of the way. He genuinely cares about his customers and understands that great service builds long-term relationships. It’s clear that he’s focused not just on making a sale today, but on earning your business for the future. Gabe is a tremendous asset to GPD Pools, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Used them to repair a very intriguing issue with my Pentair pool pump system. Rob from GPS was very diligent in finding the issue and fixing it. Highly recommended.

  Avoid them, bait and switch. They’ll lowball your estimate, then more than double the cost when they get there. Horrible experience. I would not recommend them.
