  Extremely disappointed with the female I spoke to on the phone today. Went to check on a property we own and found the pool in this condition. It is cleaned weekly and vacuumed bi weekly.. I called to express concern and ask when it was last cleaned (which I was then told was 4 days prior) and the female on the phone immediately started to blame us, stating they had photos of “animals in the pool” and the deck was “always dirty”. We have often had to deal with wild ducks in the pool which is extremely frustrating but wild ducks didn’t leave rotting debris on the bottom and a rotting palm frond in the pool. We’ve also called before with concerns about pool test strips being left in the yard/on the pool deck and trash being left behind (all documented with photos). She took no accountability or even offer a solution until I requested to cancel our pool service. Very disappointing as the pool technician himself was always very friendly and this could have been resolved a lot easier..

  Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and fast. Roberto installed our new pool pump and motor and did an exceptional job. I will be referring them to everyone I know needing any type of pool repairs or service. 👍

  We’ve had these guys for years. They are always on time and provide great service. They let us know when issues arise and parts need replacing. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

  Very pleased and happy with the service. Roberto is a disciplined, honest and hard-working man. The results are well above average and the attention to detail and responsibility levels are beyond the call. I will continue recruiting Blue Pool services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool service and maintenance.

  We've been using Blue Pool for the past couple years and they are hands-down the best pool service! They come every single week, and our pool is always in fantastic shape — the water is sparkling, the tiles are spotless, and the equipment is always well-maintained. They go above and beyond by checking the chemical balance thoroughly and letting me know if anything needs attention. Communication is excellent — they’re always responsive and send me weekly reports with pictures via email. I highly recommend Blue Pool to anyone in the area. They’ve made pool ownership effortless and enjoyable!
