  We've been using Blue Pool for the past couple years and they are hands-down the best pool service! They come every single week, and our pool is always in fantastic shape — the water is sparkling, the tiles are spotless, and the equipment is always well-maintained. They go above and beyond by checking the chemical balance thoroughly and letting me know if anything needs attention. Communication is excellent — they’re always responsive and send me weekly reports with pictures via email. I highly recommend Blue Pool to anyone in the area. They’ve made pool ownership effortless and enjoyable!

  Roberto and his team came out and installed our new pool pump today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They went above and beyond by correcting an issue that required extra work on their end, choosing to do it the right way instead of cutting corners. They also took the time to walk me through the entire system—not just the new pump, but existing components as well—making sure I fully understood how everything works. That level of care and attention really stood out. Even before we officially hired him, he was the most helpful and informative while I was getting quotes. Their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to doing things right truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

  I called Blue Pool Services and the very polite and extremely helpful female who took my call scheduled my appointment and communicated clearly and promptly. Roberto came on time and completed the task with zero issues. Their pricing is competitive with other pool service companies and I whole heartedly recommend Roberto and blue pool services for your pool service needs!!!!

  If I could give no stars I would. Extremely disappointing service. We are renting this home and have been fighting for months to get the pool properly cleaned. Despite multiple complaints, the pool is consistently left dirty and clearly not being serviced the way it should be. Today the technician showed up, and when I simply asked if he was going to scrub and sweep the pool (which is part of the service), he called his supervisor and then just left without completing the job. No explanation, no communication, and the pool was left uncleaned. After months of dealing with this same issue, the lack of professionalism and accountability is beyond frustrating. If you expect the work you’re paying for to actually be done, I would strongly recommend looking for another pool company.
