  All i can say is great things about this company. I called multiple shops for the same work on my toyota sequoia. They had the fairest price. Brought my vehicle in after researching like crazy. They didn't have the best overall review, but some people are never happy, ever if you do everything in your power to offer great work. From the first call, to drop off and pickup of my vehicle, was completely professional, and told me my car should be done by Wednesday. I received a call today on Monday, telling me everything was done and ready. No headaches or hassle dealing with these professionals. I just got the car back and time will tell the whole story, but I'll do an update if needed. Thank you to everyone that works at transco transmission. If you need Your transmission rebuild or replacement give them a call. You can Thank me later for my recommendation.

  I recently visited Transco Transmission & Auto Repair while traveling through Santa Rosa during my retirement journey with my wife. Being from Texas and far from home, I needed a transmission fluid change and oil change on my 2500 Ram diesel. Armando Barragán provided service that was not only professional, but exceptional in every way. Armando offered to pick me up from where I was staying, seven miles away, which is a level of customer care you don’t often see. From start to finish, he made the entire process straightforward and stress‑free. I felt well taken care of and fully confident in the work being performed. While servicing the truck, Armando identified several key issues that needed attention — items that could have caused problems down the road. His honesty and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. The cost was reasonable and fair, especially considering how easily repair bills on diesel trucks can escalate. Thanks to Armando and his team, I now feel safe and comfortable continuing my travels across the United States. If I find myself back in Northern California, I would not hesitate to return to this shop. I highly recommend Transco Transmission & Auto Repair for anyone seeking reliable, honest, and high‑quality service.

  Just when I had lost all hope of finding a transmission shop with honest and caring companion with customer concerns first we were referred to Transco Tansmission shop in Longwood on 17/92..My first call was to Alex in the office. He was easy to talk to, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable while sharing the problem we were having. He inscouraged me to bring it in as soon as I could and they would take a look. After a test drive and diagnostic test we went over the cost and turnaround time. He even lowered his cost to keep the work below our warranty cost so there was no out of pocket on our end, who does that these days! I highly recommend you call Alex at Transco Transmission. The turn around time was less then 3 days in our case, typically Alex explained that it is 3 to 4 days turn around time as long as part are available. Alex has great communication skills in working with car warranty companys. Thanks again Alex! Hope I never need your help again but if I do, I know where to find you.   Staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Service also was fast with an appointment - a phone call needed. Prices good. Suggestion: New picture for website - building is orange now. And, clean up area - alot of boxes, etc everywhere. But waiting area picked up thank you.
