  After having a very disappointing experience at another Leslie’s Pool location, I decided to visit the Longwood store, and I’m so glad I did. Dylan provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me solve my pool issue. Not only did he help me complete my purchase, but he also recommended a product for my cloudy pool that worked exactly as he said it would. He even went above and beyond by helping me out with my chlorine purchase, which I truly appreciated. Employees like Dylan are the reason customers come back. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help completely restored my confidence in Leslie’s. Thank you, Dylan, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Leslie’s is fortunate to have someone like you on their team!

  Great little shop tucked nicely in Wekiva Springs. If you’re a pro like me get a commercial account for wholesale pricing. Having a Leslies account allows me to purchase supplies on the weekends when the regular pool wholesalers are closed. I work weekends to help local homeowners out so it’s a big win for me.
