- ZAZulimar ArroyoApr 28, 20261.0I placed an order over the phone on Thursday, April 23rd, for sod to be delivered by Friday, May 1st. My order and address were confirmed that same day. Three days before the scheduled delivery, I received a call informing me that my order could not be fulfilled due to my location. This should have been communicated immediately, either the day I placed the order or the day after, not a week later and only days before delivery, especially after I had already hired someone to install the sod. When I expressed this, the owner was rude, dismissive, and invalidated my concern. Instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication, I was given attitude and told they “have a small staff” and “not enough resources.” That is not the customer’s responsibility. When I reiterated that they should have contacted me right away, I was met with, “Well, do you want to work here.” The unprofessionalism and lack of accountability were unacceptable. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely disregarded the inconvenience they caused.
