  This is the worst experience we have ever had with a furniture company. We ordered our sofas on July 2nd and were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to be manufactured. Well here we are September 1st and still no delivery date. We are going to the store on Thursday to cancel the order. This is unacceptable and Becky we very rude when l tried to talk to her then she hung up on me. These people are so dense they wanted to delivery our recliners on Friday but to Beckys surprise we have had them since the first week in July. I should have said yes. Do not use this company if you need new furniture.

  Our salesman Jared was super friendly and helpful, he asked a few questions and brought us straight to the sofa sleeper we were looking for so we are very satisfied

  My husband and I visited Sim’s Furniture in Lecanto today looking for a recliner suitable for a small space. Jared greeted us shortly after we entered the spacious showroom and after asking if we were looking for anything in particular, he then led us to the recliner display. After pointing out several recliners that he thought met our needs, he left us on our own so we could discuss the available options without feeling pressured. Quality workmanship and reasonable prices made our buying decision easy. Within about 30 minutes of entering the store we chose a lovely heather gray manual recliner, finalized the sale, and since we bought a floor display model recliner, the furniture was loaded in our vehicle and we headed home. We highly recommend Sim’s Furniture and Jared at the Lecanto location for all your furniture needs.
