The good: The storage units are extremely nice and the climate controlled units are kept at a comfortable/cool temperature.
The bad/inconvenient: there were no hand trucks anywhere to be found. Any time I’ve rented at a storage unit, there is typically one readily available at each storage building or easy to locate. The office is quite a distance outside the gate so the only way to go get assistance is to close up your truck and unit and drive outside the gate to get assistance and then turn around and drive back to the unit. Hand trucks should be more readily available for people given the fact some of us have quite a distance to walk to our unit inside.
