But when you called because you felt something was wrong they told you to check this and if that doesn't work then check this. I'm an older woman normally never have fixed a thing on my life. So I've nothing to good to say about Lowe's products and would recommend that if shopping for anything don't bother going there

The stores are always neat and clean. Most importantly, the staff is the best. Each employee knows exactly where to find the items I'm looking for and takes you to it, unlike the competition that points to an aisle and walks away. Finally, I've never had to wait in a line to check out as a staff member assists with the self checkout. I travel to my store located on 113th and Ulmerton. It's a few minutes further than HD. but it's well worth the effort.

- BMBram MorisonApr 21, 20261.0I shop at Lowe’s for my business because we have a managed account and get a discount. I come to this location when I’m working on project in the area. The discount can be applied at any register and at all location but this one, it’s no problem. Connie at this location has been rude and dismissive 5 times on separate trips. Despite having a manager come over and tell her she can do the transaction, and despite her having done it before, today she wouldn’t ring me up and made me go to the pro desk. There I had to wait in line for 30 minutes, wasting my time for a transaction she can and has done before. Everytime I come in, she has been incredibly rude and negative towards me. Please provide some training to your front end on how to process all transactions for all customers.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
