I have had a great experience with my recent purchase of a stove at this store. When the delivery person came it wouldn't fit through my door. Lowes refunded everything.
A few days later I met a handyman who said he would take off the door. I called and spoke with Robert, one of the managers and he said he would honor the expired sale price. He took us to Wanda. She explained what could happen if it wasn't taken off correctly. She moved the range out and measured it.
In today's such excellent customer service should be applauded

Up until recently, my husband and I have enjoyed buying items for our garden and various household projects from this location. Our past few visits have left us frustrated and uncomfortable due to the way we are treated at the self checkout. For some reason, the employees posted in these areas have been highly invasive and have made us incredibly uncomfortable with how close they stand to us and how over-attentive they seem to be. Even when the self checkout area is busy, they seem to hover around my husband as if to act suspicious of his ability to scan all his items.
I would also like to add that we are typically ignored while shopping in the store. Even when we might have a question about an item, employees seem scarce and tend to avoid us (like we aren't "serious" customers).
However, when we get to self checkout...all eyes on us!! It's weird behavior and not subtle at all.
We would happily go through a checkout line facilitated by an employee if that was an option but it seems to only exist in the garden center now.
I guess we will have to take our items all the way across the store to the garden center to AVOID SUSPICION OF THEFT 😡
If you look alternative in the slightest, expect to be treated weird. Just saying.
