  Dan with High End Services is amazing! He has been to our home twice within the past several weeks to work on brand new appliance. He changed the components on our Wolfe range and he also solved a mysterious air leak on our hood vent that was causing a shrill scream. Several other people had already 'attempted' a fix on the hood vent but he was the only one that was successful. He is so knowledgeable and personable and professional. We were at our wits end having paid for top of the line appliances that weren't working properly. Dan saved the day for us!

  Super professional and super knowledgable. Jerome has frequently helped resolve issues with my suite of Subzero/Wolf appliances and always done so rapidly and with a high degree of customer service.

  My first time using High End service. Brad was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done and completed the job in a professional manner. He also explained things about my refrigerator that I never knew. I highly recommend High End service and Brad!!!

  Jarvis has been great! He was able to QUICKLY determine and fix the problem that I was having. I have used High End Service in the past to service my appliances in the past and I highly recommend them.

  The sub zero ref service by your techs is excellent. However communication is poor. Now when I call for information i am told to fill out a form and e mail. There used to be someone picking up the phone for questions. Please improve your communication
