They charged me $230 for coming out touching the stovetop and telling me the control board is broken. They offered no solution and told me it couldn’t be fixed as there is no part. The technician advised me to order a part and when it arrived, I called the company and they told me they will not work on it since it is not the part directly from the factory they are a horrible company. I want a refund- FIND ANOTHER COMPAY
Everyone that I dealt with at High End Services was professional and understanding. But mostly, I need to remark about my technician, Tate Jernigan. Not only was he an expert with my appliance, but he was a well dressed, groomed and clean representative of HES. They’re lucky to have such a quality employee.
