Everything went very smoothly. The manager, Madison was very helpful and friendly. It was an easy and great experience. I only need the storage unit for a couple of months, but if I ever need one again, this is where I’ll go!

Very easy to book unit online. Easy access in and out and unit was very clean and larger than I had thought it would be. Madison was very helpful and answered any questions I had and was very nice. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

I am leaving this review to warn others: in my experience, this facility cannot be trusted with your property. I stored a mattress worth approximately $1,000, and they discarded it without my permission, claiming it had mold from hurricane damage. That explanation is highly suspect, as none of my other belongings had any water damage—only the mattress was removed.
They claim they attempted to contact me, but that does not give them the right to dispose of my property. They had no authorization to throw anything away. If they could not reach me, the only acceptable action was to leave my belongings alone. Instead, they made the decision to remove and “discard” an item that did not belong to them. Truly this is called STEALING!
At the time, I was recovering from cancer treatment and was not consistently available to answer calls. That does not excuse what happened. From my perspective, this was a clear violation of trust and responsibility.
On top of that, they imposed large and unexpected price increases—far beyond normal adjustments—which further demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility: based on my experience, your belongings may not be safe here.
