    We met with an incredibly lovely today, 4/30, unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was the only one there at 10 am. She was so helpful and made everything so easy. I'm very impressed with my unit and plan on being here for a while. Thank you so much!!

    Spoke with a man on the phone in hopes to rent a unit to store a small car and other items, he was helpful and walked me through sizes, after he got the year/make/model of my car and looked up the dimensions he said a 10x15 drive up unit would work for my needs which I already knew. Was on the phone with him for 20+ minutes giving him my license number, credit number etc. Got to the office today to show my registration and get access to the unit. The man at the desk who was actually very friendly looked at me like I was insane and told me they don't do any vehicle storage except for outdoor-uncovered. He told me that the main office is in Utah and his location has told the main office on multiple occasions to stop selling drive up units as they do not have them. Again, man at the desk was friendly and this wasn't his fault, he refunded my money no questions asked, he's following his guidelines which I understand. As far as corporate or main office whoever it is that arranges this, complete waste of time on the phone and also a drive out of my way to be told that the office in Utah can't listen to simple directions. If you're looking for a unit use another company who actually communicates with each other.

    I went online looking for a storage unit to move into, today. This location was available and I rented it and it allowed me to move in today. However, it wouldn't allow me to move in, today! It's got me restricted. I've got to show my ID to the manager, first. On a day that they're not open! So it's actually impossible for them to allow me to move in today although they rented it to me to move into today! That's a little bit of a bait and switch! All the customer service people do is take notes. They don't even work for the company. So I have to take off work to go in on a work day, to show my ID so I can access on the weekends. What sense does that make? Another expense, to take time off from work just to show my ID. But I had to give my ID and verify myself online before I could even rent the place! I had to sign a legal lease agreement. None of this could be resolved over the phone with customer service. In review, they owe me a day's rent! They also need to correct their website and app to not book move-in on a day that they're not open. Sounds like I need to bend "Mickey's" ear. I've wasted hours trying to get, and get into a storage unit.
