I was being charged a membership that I never was explained or agreed-upon, a hidden charge. A new staffer Ken, was making excuses and told me he would not remove the hidden charge nor will they reserve the fees i wasn’t expecting him to do that but very Pathetic and unprofessional, Will never recommend anybody to this company and he hung up in my face twice! Told me Ron is busy and he can’t promise he’ll call me back, smh terrible!

I initially got a gaming console for my son and then a few months ago, I needed a new washer and dryer pretty quickly. Every time I deal with these guys, in person or over the phone, they treat you like you are their only customer. I just had a technical glitch withe the gaming console and worked with Mike and Rob. Both are awesome and went above and beyond and Mike made a few additional calls to help me. They always make sure you are good to go before they consider a problem solved. Thank you guys!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
