- JBjoe blonski6 days ago1.0Predatory business practices! Bait and switch pricing without notification. Stay far away! Be aware of these 5 star reviews they ask for a 5 star and bribe you with a lock at no cost. Hence so many 5 star reviews read all of the one stars all saying the same thing! Once you are settled in they will damn near double your rent I received zero communication my rent was going from $180 to $282 a month after my first month and if you don’t give them a weeks notice before moving out they will bill you for an entire month we moved out a few days before our new billing cycle and they refused to not charge us the next months rent !
