- MTMarlene Teschner1 day ago1.0This review is about the service department not this store. I paid $180 to have my DE filter cleaned. My pool was not green and it only stayed clean for about 6 hours. I have had to backwash daily to keep the circulation going. I called to have them clean again since it wasn't working properly. I was told I would have to pay another $180 even though they told me they had a 90 day guarantee..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

His knowledge and customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Joshua has definitely earned my future business!

Joshua is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure I understood exactly what I needed for my pool. Joshua’s customer service truly stands out. He made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. It is rare to find someone who combines this level of expertise with such a friendly and helpful attitude. Leslie’s is extremely fortunate to have him on their team! If you visit this location, ask for Joshua Trimble you will be in excellent hands. He has definitely earned my business and my highest recommendation!
