When I called customer service looking for assistance, I was disappointed to learn there was no option to speak with someone directly. Instead, I was instructed to submit an online request and wait up to 48 hours for a response. For a company with such a long-standing reputation, I expected a higher level of service and support, especially after making a significant purchase. It’s unfortunate to see a brand relying more on its past reputation than delivering the quality furniture and customer experience customers expect today. I am getting ready to purchase additional furniture for my home, but based on this experience, La-Z-Boy will not be on the list of stores to visit.

I went in and let her embrace me, smothering me with comfort, I pulled on her lever and she swept me off my feet; but I wanted to be sure, so I looked around but with a continued eye on her! What a beauty! I went back and snuggled myself in her arms once more, all the while her back against mine, like a firm warming massage. And then it happened, I said yes. And the best part she was 25% off, wow! Tim the salesman was great to, letting me roam the floor, never pushy. Paper work went smoothly.
