  I can’t say enough great things. The day before we went to six different stores and were totally overwhelmed by pushy sales people. We walked into lazy boy and were immediately warmly greeted by Sharon. She was amazing. We had our 7 week old with us and she was very patient through the whole experience and really treated us like family versus a sale. Also Michele - wow - she laid out and went over multiple options for us. So we could settle on the most functional set up for our family . Highly recommended and will return for future purchases !

  They had a very nice selection but the prices were out of our budget for that particular trip. Maybe when we have a two income household we might be back. Gentleman was very friendly,

  Outstanding experience today at the Lakeland La-Z-Boy gallery on South Florida Avenue. My sales associate Sharon Winegard was very professional and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this La-Z-Boy gallery and Sharon.

  Fabulous, the best service around. My husband was searching for a recliner with lumbar support and long enough to fit his height of 5ft 10 inches We entered the store, walked around, sales rep, Sharon Winegard, then approached us to inquire our interest. Her knowledge was excellent and asked what fabric and style we wanted. She was chatting with my husband about his Air Force Days and where he was stationed. Here Birthday is the same as my husband. We checked several types of recliners at various prices. Finally finding the chair of his dreams, the price was slightly high than our budget. There was no imminent hurry of high sales pressure. I had to remind myself of prior purchases and needing new living room furniture 3yrs later. The recliner was on sale and my husband also received his Veteran Discount. The quality of the furniture is unbeatable, and was recommended by my neighbor who purchased prior. I look forward to doing business again in the future, we still need a new living room set. My old one is sectional, 4 yrs old, fading, and the end recliner portion is broken. La-Z-Boy is now the only furniture store we do business with. No high pressure, or rush for a sale. Just old fashioned courtesy and quality and made in USA. Thank you Sharon! Delivery is scheduled just prior to Sept 3, in time for his Birthday. We chose a durable fabric and color to co-ordinate with our living room. We are excited and I am sure both of us will fight for chair time. Definitely will need a 2nd chair in the near future. Thank you Sharon!
