The good: The sign up process was amazing. Sales guy was top notch. Made me feel welcomed, professional, and nice. He did a great job. I also like having access to enter on my phone. Carts are always right at the door when entering which is helpful.
The bad: Having access on my phone was cool and all but I never actually came in there and the gate was actually working correctly. Climate Controlled was a JOKE! Even when the temp outside had dropped to 63 degrees this weekend, it was still HOT and stuffy in there. Not good when you are trying to move things in and out. The doorways are very small as well. It also has a strong smell of mold.
The ugly: After just 3 months, they increased the rate almost DOUBLE! They stated the market price had increased. I had just moved in so it felt very much like bait and switch. I own a business and store most of my rental equipment there. It’s a lot. Having to turn around and move it right back out again was not good at all. I would never recommend them to anyone.
