You will be happy the first three months.. then bam, huge rent increase with no notifications.
I have 2 units here, both 10x15
Unit #1 (have had it over a year)
$141.61 (with insurance) next month they want $180.11
Unit#2 (have had it 3 months)
$118.11 (with insurance) now they want $170.11!!
Increases are to large especially with no notice, I won't be keeping either one at these rates.
